Service terms

Vayfora provides migration and managed hosting for eligible public websites. You must own the website or have authorization to reproduce and migrate it, including its content and assets.

Migration and hosting

Eligibility and savings reports are estimates based on public information. Your existing website remains with its current host until you connect your domain. Review the migrated preview before going live. E-commerce, account systems and complex backend applications are outside V1.

Subscriptions

Pricing is in USD, per website, based on monthly pageviews. Annual subscriptions include two months free. Websites with more than 500 pages require a $4.99 monthly add-on. You consent to automatic upgrades when traffic exceeds your plan’s allowance. Above 100,000 monthly pageviews we contact you to agree usage-based pricing. Taxes and the total payable are shown at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel through your dashboard. Hosting continues until the end of the paid subscription period. If the service cannot successfully migrate your website, you can request a full refund.

Website content

You remain responsible for your website’s content, legal notices and form data. You may not use this service for unlawful content, unauthorized copying or abusive activity. V1 does not include a website editor.
